Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Do you offer financing?
Yes, we do offer multiple financing options! Our current financing partners include Affirm, AfterPay and PayPal Credit. Alternatively, some of our customers have opened credit cards with low/zero introductory interest rates as a way to finance their orders over time.
Q: Can I place my order by phone?
A: For the security of your information, and to ensure that all important details (i.e. shipping address, email, etc.) are inputted correctly, we do not accept orders by phone. However, our website makes it simple, convenient and safe to place your order in minutes!
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Most in-stock orders will ship out either the same, or next business day. Once your order has been shipped, it can take anywhere from 1-7 business days for your shipment to be delivered.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer FREE Ground shipping via UPS, Fedex or USPS anywhere within the Continental United States for most of our products. Some larger products, such as salon/barber chairs, styling stations and shampoo units, do NOT include free shipping, and may require shipping by freight - please contact us for a shipping quote for these types of products.

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

A: Most products will come with an Instruction Manual in the box. If you did not receive an instruction manual, please contact us.
Q: How do I install my product?
A: To install professional equipment, such as wall mounted dryers/hair processors, styling stations, shampoo units, etc., these products require professional installation by a licensed & bonded contractor or handyman.
