If you order products that weigh more than 75 lbs., or have large dimensions, they will need to be shipped via Freight. Freight shipping does not include setting up the product for you. Depending on the size of your items and the delivery location, you might need to consider the following:
1) Lift Gate Service - An extra fee is charged for this service when items need to be lowered to ground level from the delivery truck. This is usually recommended for heavy items if you cannot unload the truck yourself or if the delivery location does not have a loading dock.
2) Residential Delivery Fee - This extra fee applies to all deliveries to residential areas, even if they are businesses. The fee covers the difficulty large trucks may face accessing residential areas and the potential need to transfer the shipment to a smaller truck. This might also require the Lift Gate Service.
3) Indoor Delivery Fee - Delivery inside your business or home is not included in the standard freight delivery service. You can choose to add this service for an extra fee, provided your building can accommodate palletized freight deliveries using a pallet jack.
4) Pallets & Crate Shipments - Most of our large products come in boxes with protective packaging, often placed on wooden pallets for delivery. We also use shrink wrap for additional protection.
